Easy Tempura Sauce Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- ¼ cup mirin (maybe a dash more to taste)
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ½ tbsp. sugar
*Optional ingredients (add to taste): diced green onion, minced ginger, diced lemon grass, sesame seeds
Easy directions:
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine all of the ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat and set aside. Serve warm with tempura.
